- The Club's Mission Statement -
  Old School Programming

The purpose of the Champlain College Software Engineering Club shall be the dissemination of knowledge of the theory and practice of all aspects of software engineering. In doing so it shall aim to not only create a tighter community among software engineering students on campus, but also to reach beyond the borders of Champlain College. The major goals of the club shall include more efficient distribution of information and events related to software engineering, networking opportunities with major players and companies in the industry, community outreach and mentoring, increased knowledge base and skill sets, and maintaining a local IEEE student branch.

The software engineering club follows all the rules and guidelines as outlined in the Student Handbook .
